Participated in The Annual Meeting of UHMWPE Fiber Branch of China Chemical Fiber Association

On September 21, the 2022 annual meeting of the UHMWPE fiber branch of the China Chemical Fiber Association and the industry high-quality development seminar were held in Yancheng High-tech Zone. Zhu Meifang, academician of the CAS Member, attended and delivered a speech, and Jiang Shicheng, academician of the CAE Member, delivered an online video speech. In her speech, Zhu Meifang said that although the UHMWPE fiber industry has been affected by the epidemic situation in the past two years, it has maintained a good development trend. The output has exceeded 20000 tons, and the consumption in various application fields has increased to varying degrees. He also hoped that entrepreneurs would fully discuss and actively interact with each other, so as to gather industry consensus, suggestions and suggestions for promoting the high-quality development of the UHMWPE fiber industry, and jointly write a new chapter of industry development.

During the event, a number of experts were invited to make thematic reports and share and discuss the development of UHMWPE fiber technology and industry in China with the entrepreneurs attending the meeting. At this closed meeting, many enterprises, including our company, exchanged the current development status of the industry, opportunities and challenges. Our company shared the problems and solutions encountered in the production and expansion in recent years in the exchange with peers, and asked peers for their views on the main development direction in the future. At this meeting, participating enterprises put forward constructive opinions and suggestions on product innovation, expansion of downstream application fields, green production, intelligent manufacturing and industry self-discipline, which promoted the exchange and development between industries.
