Description

CHANGQINGTENG’S hard UD fabric is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber as the main raw material, through water-based hard glue to make single layer UD fabric,and then two single-layer UD fabric are orthogonally compounded.

Application

We select and use the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber as the raw material ,and match with the advanced UD fabric forming technology and equipment to manufacture hard UD fabric . It is uniform and dense in fiber layout, soft in feeling, and can transfer the load immediately when impacted, It has excellent anti-fragmentation performance, and is widely used in bullet-proof insert plate, bullet-proof armor, bullet-proof shield, bullet-proof wall and other hard bullet-proof fields.
